The Village Trust has been asked to host and coordinate the annual GB Spring Clean in Poulshot.
At Keep Britain Tidy, they believe that every act to protect the environment, no matter how small, makes a difference. And so, when hundreds of thousands of #LitterHeroes all join forces and take the same action at the same time, the difference we make is huge.
Back for its seventh year, our 2022 Great British Spring Clean takes place 25 March – 10 April. This year the message is simple. Join the #BigBagChallenge and pledge to pick up as much litter as you can during the campaign.
Poulshot’s Spring Clean will be held on 9th April
10:00 Muster at the hall and collect equipment, bags etc. Groups will then split off to different parts of the village for litter collection. We will provide high-viz wear for those working on the roads.
1200 Report back and drop off collected litter at the hall.
There will be a light warm lunch provided at the hall for the volunteers between 12 and 1
Please register if you can come along and help so we can manage numbers and plans for ensuring we reach the majority of the village.
